As a legal assistant for over 15 years, serving with the Attorney General for the Province of BC as well as private practices in Prince George, Lisa Mitchell is running for Mayor to protect the future of our city and ensure that upcoming generations are given more than the burden debt.

There is so much that we value in this city and Lisa Mitchell recognizes that reckless spending and self-serving salary increases do not meet the public’s needs.

As Mayor, Lisa Mitchell would be fiscally responsible and intends to take a realistic approach to the multiple complex issues that plague our downtown businesses and residences.

Seeing that current policies have done nothing more than enable continued suffering, Lisa Mitchell recognizes that it is time to bring together the collective resources of our community — including the experience of elders, private and public agencies, professionals, as well as first nations support to resolve issues that effect our entire community.
